Toolroom Warehouse Assistant
About The Position
The Bowers Group, a Legence company, is seeking an entry-level Toolroom / Warehouse Assistant to work with the team on shipping and receiving tools and warehouse materials for jobsites. The role is suited to someone with a positive attitude who is willing to learn; on-the-job training will be provided. The position offers stable, full-time employment, growth opportunities, and competitive pay based on experience. The listed pay range is $18–$25 per hour. The role involves maintaining tool and material inventories, preparing items to be shipped to jobsites, and keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe. Employees must follow shop safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment, and be comfortable working around power tools. The work environment may include noise, dust, oils, and varying temperatures, and the role requires standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Mechanical hand and power tool knowledge.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety focused.
- Ability to follow shop safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
- Comfortable working around power tools.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in an environment with noise, dust, oils, and varying temperatures.
- Must have current U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.

- Knowledge of computers for inputting and exporting data.
Responsibilities
