The Toolmaker will be responsible for NC machining operations for the manufacturing of dies and fixtures. This role involves programming CNC machines, determining machining operation sequences, and collaborating with engineering on tool designs and repair methods. The Toolmaker will perform a variety of machining operations requiring difficult setups and methods to maintain close tolerances, and will construct, repair, fit, and assemble tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges. Additionally, the role includes making tool tryouts, diagnosing and correcting problems, and performing other assigned duties.
