This role is responsible for the correction and improvement of tooling, jigs, and fixtures. The associate will develop, construct, and alter a wide variety of jigs, fixtures, and gauges, performing tasks that range from ordinary tool room operations to work involving accurate relationships and extremely close tolerances. This includes reconstructing/repairing, selecting proper materials, and making allowances for shrinkage during heat-treating and metal flows in dies. The associate will also identify and correct problems in complicated dies and tools. Additionally, this position supports Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, ensuring compliance with G-TEKT CSR and Corporate Governance initiatives. The role upholds the Corporate Governance Policy of Austin Tri-Hawk Automotive and aims to meet legal and business challenges, enhance trust, and improve business operations through steady compliance.
