About The Position
Halliburton is hiring for opportunities across Tool Tech I, Tool Tech II, and Tool Tech III in Completion Tools. This is an entry-level position in the tool tech family. Under strict supervision, the employee performs maintenance and repairs on down-hole tools, surface equipment, and other production equipment used in down-hole tool applications. The role includes assembling and disassembling this equipment. The specific level offered may depend on education, experience, and skill level; candidates who exceed minimum requirements may be considered for higher-level roles based on their experience, additional job requirements, and business needs. The position requires effective communication, basic mathematical calculations, and basic reading comprehension and writing skills. Basic computer skills are preferred, and a commercial-equipment driving license may be required. The employee promotes safety and environmental awareness, follows applicable procedures and regulations, ensures compliance with HSE guidelines, and actively participates in quality improvement.
Requirements

- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- A license to drive commercial equipment may be required.

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance functions, including repairs, on down-hole tools, surface equipment, and other production equipment.
- Assemble and disassemble down-hole tools, surface equipment, and other production equipment.
- Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and comply with applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
- Promote and actively participate in the quality improvement process.
