This role involves managing internal databases, analyzing inventory levels, staying updated on industry advancements, streamlining tool allocation, and developing documentation for tool warranties, certifications, and repair procedures. The specialist will also create Standard Operating Procedures for tool use, recommend tools to enhance productivity, and collaborate with the Safety Department on proper PPE and compliance. Additionally, the role supports inventory counts for acquisitions and year-end inventories, develops leadership reports on buying and inventory metrics, and communicates effectively with various departments and external customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
