Precise Systems seeks a Night Shift Tool Room Work Center Supervisor to lead our team of Tools and Parts Attendants in service to Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL). This role requires on-site support and involves supervising day-to-day maintenance tasks on assigned equipment and machinery. The position requires the application of professional technical expertise and guidance to solve complex problems by interpreting technical data such as blueprints or manufacturer's manuals. The supervisor will coordinate and supervise personnel activities, determine and direct specific work assignments, and assist in the operations of the maintenance departments per the NAVAIRINST 3710.1G. Responsibilities include ensuring full and effective employment of assigned personnel, ensuring all work is scheduled and performed in a safe and efficient manner, and being responsible for compliance with special programs as assigned. The supervisor must ensure direct reports are fully compliant with all approved procedures and receive job and safety training. Identifying material and special tooling needed for daily work assignments and providing proper training on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are also key duties. The role may involve leading and directing a group of two or more individuals, performing duties as a "Competent Person" or Fall Protection Program Manager, and being responsible for Night Check tasking for TPAs, GSE, and Hazmat. Mandatory training must be provided to all Night Shift Tool Room, GSE, and Hazmat personnel, with documentation in Readiness Insight. The role may require detachments and other assigned duties.
