Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent preferable.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and blueprints.
- Has the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Has the ability to perform advanced mathematical functions in order to manage product inventory and balance operational budgets.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations.
- Ability to utilize measuring equipment such as tape measure, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges.

- Training as needed. To include issues from quality, safety, cleanliness, teamwork and total quality management.
Responsibilities
- Constructing, altering, and repairing highly complex custom tools, molds, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
- Utilize toolroom equipment to ensure tooling is meet to customer specifications.
- Read, interpret, and analyze blueprints
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of dies.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist fellow employees, report unsafe working conditions/equipment, and is involved with quality maintenance procedures.
- May halt production line/maintenance work related to product/die nonconformities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company business and products.
