Requirements

Basic knowledge of mechanical blueprints, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing.
Experience in maintenance, assembly, and troubleshooting of thermoforming molds from various suppliers.
Proficiency in mathematical calculations for technical tasks.
Use of measurement tools for quality checks.
Basic understanding of CAD modeling.
Experience in turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and fastener/thread applications.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out practices.
Forklift Operation: Safe handling and operation of forklifts.
Quality & Labeling Fundamentals: Understanding of quality assurance and proper labeling practices.
Extrusion & Thermoforming: Basic knowledge of extrusion and thermoforming processes.
Attention to detail
Mechanical aptitude
Effective troubleshooting skills

Blueprint/diagram interpretation
Proficiency in machine shop operations
