This role involves operating within a production department under HACCP regulations and WCB safety guidelines. The technician will rotate through various positions, including Culler and Take-Off, ensuring customer satisfaction and requirements are met. Key responsibilities include final quality control checks, proper documentation, and assisting with various operational tasks such as clearing jam-ups, changing bags and Quick Locks, and rebagging product manually if needed. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and assisting with general cleaning. Teamwork and communication with supervisors and fellow team members are essential.
