This position reports to: Maintenance Supervisor __ Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) Leads the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources.

Responsibilities

Oversees execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.
Defines maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consults on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities, in collaboration with the Engineering team.
Manages and updates technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.
Solves major technical, equipment, or facilities problems in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
Maintains tools and repairs equipment in good working condition.
Proposes improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
Responds to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.
Demonstrates ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly.
Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area.
Ensures adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies.
Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.
Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks.
