About The Position
Toddler Teacher at Magical Beginnings in Leominster, MA. This is a full-time position, up to 40 hours per week. The role involves inspiring little learners and building big futures by creating a safe, loving, and inspiring environment for children aged 15 months to 3 years. The ideal candidate is an experienced toddler, infant, or preschool teacher who is EEC Certified.
Requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required
- Experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, or as a paraprofessional
- Passion for early childhood education and strong classroom management skills for active toddlers
Responsibilities
- Lead a toddler classroom in a licensed daycare/preschool setting
- Support social, emotional, and developmental milestones
- Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and structured childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC and daycare licensing regulations
