Requirements

• A genuine love for working with young children

• Understanding of child development and early education methods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to guide behavior and support emotional development
• Current Food Handler’s Permit

• Experience in early childhood education preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage, play, and interact with children to encourage exploration and curiosity
• Create a warm, safe, and supportive classroom environment
• Guide toddlers as they build social skills, confidence, and independence
• Encourage positive interactions and help children navigate social situations
• Implement a creative, hands-on curriculum that supports early learning
• Observe and track developmental progress and communicate with families
• Collaborate with fellow educators to provide the best care and education
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards
