About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment where young children can learn, play, grow, and thrive. The teacher will support children’s academic and emotional development and help inspire a love of learning. The role involves implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in a way that meets each child’s unique needs. The teacher will communicate with families about children’s activities and achievements, build strong relationships with families and coworkers, and partner with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals. The center offers state-of-the-art classrooms with technology, materials, and resources, along with training, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways.

Requirements

Six months of professional teaching experience is required.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

One year of professional teaching experience.
An associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
