About The Position

Creative Child Learning Center, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher. The teacher develops and implements age-appropriate curriculum, plans engaging activities that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assesses and documents student progress. The role helps create a positive, harmonious learning environment and ensures children’s safety and well-being. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
45 DCF hours.
Two to five years of prior experience working in a certified child development center.
Prior experience with the assigned age group.
Meet specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
Ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about early childhood education.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Early Childhood Development or CDA certification.
