About The Position

Montessori Academy in Idaho is seeking a full-time Toddler Assistant Teacher to support a Montessori classroom and help provide a stimulating, nurturing, and peaceful prepared environment. The role is part of a supportive team serving young children in an authentic Montessori educational setting. The Assistant Teacher helps facilitate smooth transitions throughout the day, supports group time and outdoor activities, prepares engaging learning materials, and helps maintain an inviting and stimulating learning environment. The position requires previous teaching experience, compliance with applicable state education and licensing standards, and maintenance of valid credentials for the position.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a minimum of a high school diploma.
Successfully clear a criminal background check.
Have previous teaching experience.
Comply with all state education and licensing standards and maintain validation of credentials for the position.
Be positive, communicate effectively with fellow teachers and parents, and be excited to work with young children.
