Part-Time Toddler Assistant Teacher
About The Position
Learning Grove is seeking a Part-Time Toddler Assistant Teacher to support lead teachers in engaging, play-based classrooms for young children. The role supports early learning and development through Constructivist Theory and social-emotional growth. The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the RiverCenter location in Covington, Kentucky. The listed pay range is $14.00–$16.00 per hour. Learning Grove is a nonprofit with more than 40 years of experience nurturing children from 6 weeks to 6 years. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and confidentiality.

- CDA preferred.
- Experience with young children preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with curriculum delivery, classroom setup, and daily routines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
- Support child assessments and communication with families.
