About The Position

Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers is hiring caring, energetic, and reliable Assistant Toddler Teachers to support a safe, engaging classroom where children are encouraged to explore. Working alongside the Lead Teacher, the Assistant Toddler Teacher helps implement age-appropriate learning activities using the HighScope curriculum. This role is an opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education and making a meaningful difference in young learners’ lives.

This is a regular, full-time, onsite position at the Clarkston or Rochester, Michigan campuses. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with eight-hour day shifts. The pay range is $15–$18 per hour, based on certification or degree and years of early childhood education experience. The desired start date is ASAP. The position does not qualify for U.S. visa sponsorship or relocation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Consent to background screening, including fingerprinting.
• CPR certification is required for all teaching staff and must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting is preferred.
• Prior experience with the HighScope curriculum is a plus.
• A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or progress toward a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
