Larson Automotive Group is hiring a Title Clerk to join our corporate office team. Requirements
- Previous dealership title clerk experience preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle titling and registration processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a high-volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Automotive industry experiences 1-2 years.
- Title/Registration knowledge.
- CDK experience
- Professional communication, verbal and written.
- Strong emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dealership management systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle titles and registrations for retail and wholesale transactions
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations
- Monitor title status and follow up on outstanding documentation
- Coordinate with dealerships, financial institutions, auctions, and state agencies as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of title work
- Stay informed on title regulations, policies, and procedural updates
- Support dealership staff by answering title-related questions and providing guidance when needed
