About The Position

DeVoe Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Title Clerk Assistant to support our dealership office operations. This position plays an important role in keeping our business running smoothly by assisting with vehicle title processing, office administration, customer support, and daily operational tasks. This position may support one of our dealership locations and works closely with our title, accounting, and administrative teams. Automotive title experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right administrative professional who demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn. Requirements

  • Automotive title clerk or dealership office experience preferred
  • Administrative assistant, office coordinator, clerical, or office support experience considered
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or Ignite preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Reliable attendance and stable work history
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation
  • Prepare and review paperwork for new and used vehicle sales
  • Verify documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with customers, lenders, tag agencies, and government agencies to resolve documentation issues
  • Assist with dealer trades, vehicle payoffs, and wholesale transactions
  • Support accounting and administrative teams with office tasks and special projects
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
  • Order office and operational supplies as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties to support dealership operations
