About The Position

Flynn’s Tire is hiring entry-level Tire Technicians for its Belmont Ave, Ohio location. No automotive experience or degree is required. The company provides comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support. Requirements

• Have an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and pass a background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Be able to lift 20–80 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
