Tire Technician

About The Position
Tire Technicians work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities and providing friendly service. They interact with customers and drivers and help make their travels better. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role includes tire work on commercial vehicles, in-shop and roadside service, and facility equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 75 pounds while working in close quarters.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
- Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation; Love’s pays for it.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement, including work on commercial vehicles in the shop and through roadside service.
- Repair and maintain equipment and the store facility, including general housekeeping.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
