About The Position

Tire Technicians work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities and providing friendly service. They interact with customers and drivers and handle tire sales, removals, and replacements for vehicles including commercial vehicles, both in the shop and through roadside service. The role also includes equipment repair and store-facility maintenance. Love’s provides training for candidates without prior experience.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds while working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Transportation medical card; Love’s pays for it.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removals, and replacements, including for commercial vehicles, in the shop and through roadside service.
• Repair equipment and maintain the store facility, including general housekeeping.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
