About The Position

Belle Tire is seeking a seasonal Tire Technician to provide tire services in a fast-paced, team-oriented automotive service retail store. The role includes installing, maintaining, repairing, and rotating tires while meeting the company’s safety and quality standards. The technician is a central part of the business and may be a starting point for career growth at Belle Tire.

The position involves varying work hours Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. The work takes place in a fast-paced workshop and requires extended standing, bending, and lifting. Compensation is $15–$17.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Meet Belle Tire’s quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
