Tire Technician (Seasonal)
About The Position
As a Tire Technician at Belle Tire, you provide tire services including installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a customer-first mindset.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair.
Responsibilities
- Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
- Ensure work meets Belle Tire's quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
- Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
