About The Position

As a Tire Technician at Belle Tire, you provide tire services including installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. The role is based in a tire and automotive service retail store and involves physical work in a fast-paced workshop. This is a seasonal position.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license.
Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-first mindset.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair.

Responsibilities

Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
Ensure all work meets Belle Tire’s quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
