About The Position

Belle Tire is hiring a seasonal Tire Technician to provide tire services in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail tire and automotive service store. The role includes installing, maintaining, repairing, and rotating tires while meeting quality and safety standards. The technician is expected to deliver excellent customer service, keep the work area safe and organized, and contribute to a positive customer experience. This is described as a starting point for a career at Belle Tire.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license.
Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair.

Responsibilities

Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
Ensure work meets Belle Tire’s quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
