About The Position

Belle Tire is hiring a seasonal Tire Technician to provide tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working on cars and is committed to outstanding customer service. Tire Technicians work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality and are central to the business, with opportunities to build a career at Belle Tire. The position is based in a tire and automotive service retail store. Work hours vary Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. The work takes place in a fast-paced workshop and involves extended standing and heavy lifting.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver's license.
Demonstrate attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Have a customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair.

Responsibilities

Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
Meet Belle Tire's quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
