About The Position

Belle Tire is hiring a seasonal Tire Technician to provide tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations. The role supports customers by delivering expert, safe, and high-quality service in a fast-paced, team-oriented tire and automotive service retail store. It is described as a starting point for a career at Belle Tire. The position involves varying work hours Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. The work takes place in a fast-paced workshop and involves extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds. The store is closed Sundays and specified holidays.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair.

Responsibilities

Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
Ensure work meets Belle Tire quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
