About The Position

Flynn’s Tire is hiring entry-level Tire Technicians at its Belmont Ave, Ohio location. No automotive experience or degree is required. The company provides comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help employees develop skills and grow. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Tire Technicians perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair; inspect tires and wheels; complete tire pressure checks and basic maintenance; operate tools and equipment safely; assist customers; and help maintain a clean, safe work environment. Flynn’s Tire promotes from within and offers opportunities to advance into roles such as Master Tire Technician, Service Manager, and Store Manager. Requirements

Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.

Responsibilities

Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
