About The Position

The Tire Sales & Installer Pro delivers exceptional customer service while achieving sales objectives. The role performs tire-related service and basic auto maintenance and helps maintain a well-merchandised facility, including warehouse and housekeeping functions. This is a safety-sensitive position. The position is based at Flynn’s Tire & Auto Service on Belmont Avenue in Youngstown.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers, associates, and vendors.
• Achieve sales objectives.
• Execute operational processes, including opening and closing, creating service requests, and completing and reviewing invoices with customers.
• Mount and balance tires.
• Repair tires.
• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Conduct vehicle courtesy checks.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a well-merchandised facility, including warehouse and housekeeping functions.
