Flynn’s Tire is hiring entry-level Tire Technicians at its Belmont Ave, Ohio location. No automotive experience or degree is required. The role requires the ability to lift 20–80 pounds and pass the stated screening requirements.

Requirements

• Have an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and pass a background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Be able to lift 20–80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
