About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Tire Technician to service and repair over-the-road (OTR) truck tires. The role involves providing safe and efficient tire service, including shop work and roadside assistance. The technician should be dependable, self-motivated, attentive to safety, and able to work independently while communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and team members. The work can be physically demanding and may take place outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• Experience working with over-the-road truck tires.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and bending, and to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• CDL preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, replace, and maintain over-the-road truck tires.
• Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs.
• Inspect tires and identify wear patterns or safety concerns.
• Respond to service calls and perform roadside tire repairs as needed.
• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and clean condition.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with drivers, customers, and team members.
