About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for selling, servicing, and maintaining tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service, and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. The role includes tire and wheel installation and maintenance, battery service, use and upkeep of equipment, and assisting other employees. It also involves test driving vehicles and operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services. The position promotes store sales and uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers. On-the-job training is available. The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical activities include frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling; and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing. Pay is $14.85–$23.15. Benefits for eligible full-time positions are available after eligibility criteria are met and are governed by plan documents and Company policy; benefits may change at any time.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
Attach and rebalance wheels.
Install, rebuild, relearn, and/or calibrate TPMS.
Wash tires and wheels.
Test and install batteries.
Use and maintain equipment.
Assist other employees.
Test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
Use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
Complete work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
