About The Position

Bond Vet is hiring a Veterinarian for its Watertown clinic. The organization provides primary and urgent veterinary care and emphasizes a warm, welcoming clinic environment, in-house technology, and a collaborative approach to improving the experience of veterinary teams, pets, and clients. Following the July 2026 merger with Small Door Veterinary, the combined organization spans more than 55 clinics across Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest markets. The position offers full-time opportunities of up to 16 shifts per four-week period and part-time opportunities across clinics. Scheduling is flexible and based on clinic needs. The organization offers personalized training and mentorship for veterinarians after internship or at any career stage, and supports growth into leadership roles based on experience. Overnight shifts and overnight hospitalizations are not part of the role. Bond Vet describes itself as veterinarian-founded and veterinarian-led, with a mission to enhance the human-animal bond through innovative primary and urgent care, expertise, friendliness, and compassion.
