About The Position

The Tire & Lube Technician performs non-technical automotive service repairs, including oil changes, vehicle inspections, and tire- and wheel-related services. This is a full-time role with hours Monday through Friday and half days on Saturday. The position involves following company and manufacturer service guidelines, observing safety rules, documenting completed services, maintaining customer satisfaction standards, and attending training to stay proficient with changing automotive technology. The technician also helps keep the service department, warehouse, showroom, and building exterior clean and organized, and performs other tasks as directed by the Service Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Good physical health, including the ability to frequently lift 60 pounds.
Ability to perform frequent bending, carrying, hearing, lifting, pushing, standing, stooping, and walking.
Ability to perform occasional climbing, crawling, crouching, and reaching.

Nice To Haves

Automotive service experience is preferred; motivated candidates can be trained.
