About The Position

Lynch Ford Chevrolet is hiring a Lube Technician to join its busy Service Department. The role is suitable for someone starting or growing a career in the automotive industry. Previous experience is helpful, but the dealership is willing to train the right person. The schedule is five days per week and includes Saturdays. The position offers opportunities to develop skills and advance within the dealership.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on cars and trucks of various makes and models, including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and basic brake service.
Check vehicle fluid levels and top them off when needed.
Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately report maintenance or repair concerns.
Assist with basic suspension evaluations and wheel alignments as experience and training allow.
Maintain a helpful and professional attitude to provide customers with a positive experience.
Ensure customer questions and service needs are understood and communicated clearly to the appropriate team members.
