As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead, you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in the Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. This role involves leading a team to achieve business goals, maintaining deep knowledge of TBC operations, safety, and compliance, leveraging digital tools for sales and service, taking ownership of business results, and acting as a talent ambassador by training, developing, and mentoring associates. The position also emphasizes compliance with company policies, ethical conduct, teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.
