As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead, you will drive member service and supervise a team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in the Tire and Battery Center and collaborate with other team leaders to meet member expectations. This role involves supervising the team to achieve business goals, communicating department objectives, setting service expectations, executing company programs, and adhering to policies, while advocating for members, associates, and the company. You will maintain in-depth knowledge of business operations, safety protocols, compliance, service standards, equipment, TPMS, tire recalls, product specifications, and seasonality, ensuring consistent team performance. Responsibilities include sharing knowledge, training the team on new products and technologies, leveraging learning resources, and attending training conferences for continuous improvement. The position requires utilizing digital tools and hand-held technology to plan sales, enhance service, boost associate engagement, and make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, product information, and training. As an owner, you will drive business results, ensure operational excellence, maintain a clean and safe work area, proactively plan, order supplies, manage returns and special orders, assist with staffing and scheduling, operate cash registers, process transactions, and provide hands-on support for member service. You will also maintain accurate inventory, audit safety and compliance, complete necessary paperwork, and model a commitment to member service. As a Talent Ambassador, you will train and develop the team, monitor e-learning completion, identify potential, provide necessary skills for high-quality service, encourage career growth, and source new talent. The role also involves developing and implementing processes, promoting compliance with company policies and ethics, leading teams, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
