About The Position
The Tipped Server is a member of the restaurant wait staff who works in the Dining Room Section and provides direct customer service. Primary duties include maintaining outstanding guest relations, assisting customers with order selection, suggestive selling, serving meals, totaling bills, training, and setting up the dining room. The server also performs related activities as required or assigned. The successful candidate must complete six months in the hired role to qualify for the $500 signing bonus. The role requires availability for 20–30 hours per week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
Requirements
- Previous tipped service or Buehler’s wait staff experience is required.
- Must be available to be scheduled 20–30 hours per week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
- Customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
- Mature, reliable, and dependable.
- Repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting up to 80 pounds.
- Must complete six months in the hired role to be eligible for the $500 signing bonus.
