Requirements
- Proven experience installing tile flooring
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Valid Workers’ Compensation Insurance (as needed)
- Valid General Liability Insurance (or able to obtain)
- Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)
- Own professional tile installation tools and equipment
- Ability to manage and coordinate installation crews
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise your installation crew
- Complete assigned tile flooring projects on time and to company standards
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Install various tile products, including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and specialty tile materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
