About The Position

We are looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to drive growth, sales, and overall performance across our TikTok Shop storefront. This role is focused on managing product launches, creator and affiliate partnerships, livestream campaigns, paid advertising, and storefront optimization to increase revenue, engagement, and profitability. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in social commerce, digital marketing, or ecommerce who wants to help scale a fast-growing brand through one of the fastest-growing sales channels in the industry.

Requirements

  • Experience managing TikTok Shop, social commerce platforms, or ecommerce marketplaces preferred
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, and paid advertising
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and optimizing for growth and profitability
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize TikTok Shop product listings, storefront organization, promotions, and product bundles
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and overall sales performance
  • Coordinate partnerships with creators, affiliates, influencers, and TikTok representatives
  • Launch, manage, and optimize TikTok Shop Ads, Spark Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns
  • Build and execute testing strategies for creative concepts, hooks, offers, calls-to-action, and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, profitability, and overall account performance
  • Support TikTok LIVE events, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and trending product opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align content, inventory, and campaign execution
  • Ensure account health, policy compliance, and customer experience standards are maintained
  • Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to improve sales, engagement, and profitability
  • Stay current on TikTok platform updates, social commerce trends, and industry best practices
