About The Position

We are spinning out a TikTok Shop business as a wholly-owned subsidiary of PureTek Corporation, a profitable pharmaceutical and consumer health manufacturer with a portfolio of branded SKUs, in-house formulation, and warehouse infrastructure already in place. You will be employee #1 and run it like a founder. Your job is to take this from $0 to $25M+ GMV in 18 months. You own the P&L. You hire the team. You pick the SKUs that win, kill the ones that don’t, and ship content every single day. You will sit next to the founder, move at startup speed, and be paid like an owner. This is not a brand manager role. This is not a “head of social” role. This is a player-coach operator role for someone who has personally run a TikTok Shop seller account at scale and wants to do it again with real resources behind them. In your first 90 days you will: • Pick the launch SKU and the next three after it. • Stand up the Seller Center, ad accounts, and TAP affiliate program. • Hire a creator/affiliate manager, an in-house creator, and an editor. • Ship organic content daily by week two. • Have a working live schedule by week six. • Deliver a 12-month P&L with weekly GMV, CAC, and contribution margin targets.

Requirements

  • Personally operated a TikTok Shop seller account that did $5M+ GMV in a trailing 12-month window.
  • Built a TAP affiliate program with 500+ active creators.
  • Know the difference between open plan, targeted collab, and shop ads collab by reflex.
  • Run Shop Ads and GMV Max with $100K+/month.
  • Can recite your MER without opening a sheet.
  • Shipped content through a regulated-claims review process.
  • Respect compliance even when it costs you velocity.
  • Been on camera or directed creators on camera.
  • Have opinions about hooks.
  • Speak in GMV, AOV, CTR, CVR, and contribution margin.
  • Hired and fired creators, killed SKUs, and pulled live streams mid-broadcast.
  • Made hard calls and they were the right calls.
  • Want the carry, not the title.
