About The Position

MAËLYS is a fast-growing global body care brand, built on a proprietary e-commerce platform, deep consumer insights, and a relentless focus on performance. Millions of women worldwide use our products, which we sell across our brand website, Ulta Beauty, Amazon and TikTok Shop. We are on a mission to become one of the most influential body care brands globally. We are hiring a TikTok Shop Manager to strengthen and scale an already-established channel: managing day-to-day storefront operations, refining and supporting our affiliate strategy, and managing TikTok Shop campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who loves everything about TikTok, understands the TikTok Shop ecosystem, and enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Must be New York City-based and able to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience running or materially contributing to a TikTok Shop channel - creator/affiliate program experience is essential.
• Comfort owning a P&L-style view of the channel: GMV, conversion, AOV, and creator/affiliate ROI.
• A sharp, diagnostic approach - able to look at an existing channel, identify what's underperforming, and act on it quickly.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment with high ownership.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with livestream/LIVE commerce and Shop Ads (Spark Ads / Video Shopping Ads) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Storefront and catalog management: listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory sync.
• The creator and affiliate program - recruiting, briefing, and scaling creator partnerships, which is typically the primary GMV driver on this channel. You'll have a dedicated coordinator supporting execution, while owning the strategy and results.
• Livestream strategy and execution, plus Video/Live Shopping Ads.
• Performance reporting across GMV, conversion, AOV, and creator ROI - and using that data to prioritize where to invest next.
• Identifying and fixing underperforming parts of the current channel setup, not just maintaining what exists.
