About The Position
Help Build the Creator Engine Behind a Fast-Growing Brand! Do you love TikTok, creator marketing, and building relationships that drive real sales? Are you energized by finding creators, launching partnerships, and watching content turn into revenue? If so, we want to meet you! We're looking for a TikTok Shop Creator & Affiliate Manager to build and scale our creator affiliate program. In this role, you'll recruit creators, help them succeed, and develop long-term partnerships that generate engaging content and consistent sales. You'll be the driving force behind our creator community—from first outreach to ongoing relationship management.
Requirements
- Experience managing influencers, affiliates, or creator partnerships.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, TikTok Shop, and social commerce.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage dozens (or hundreds) of creator relationships at once.
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and excited to test new ideas.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using TikTok Shop Affiliate Center or similar influencer platforms is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new TikTok Shop creators and affiliates.
- Build strong relationships with creators and become their primary point of contact.
- Activate creators quickly by providing product samples, scripts, creative briefs, and campaign guidance.
- Follow up consistently to ensure creators are producing content and meeting campaign expectations.
- Identify opportunities to increase creator engagement, content volume, and sales performance.
- Manage affiliate commissions, incentives, gifting programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Track creator performance, content output, conversion rates, and sales metrics.
- Analyze campaign results and identify top-performing creators to scale partnerships.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop winning campaign strategies.
- Stay up to date on TikTok Shop trends, creator best practices, and platform updates.
