About The Position

Blissy is a leading luxury sleep and wellness brand with products sold direct-to-consumer and through major retailers. TikTok Shop is a rapidly expanding channel, and Blissy seeks an experienced operator to further scale its growth. Reporting to the Director of TikTok Shop, this role will execute and optimize the growth strategy across affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, livestream commerce, and daily TikTok Shop operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience
• Proven success growing brands through affiliate marketing and creator partnerships
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Experience with livestream commerce
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, or premium consumer brands
• Experience at a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) or social commerce agency
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Execute TikTok Shop growth initiatives alongside the Director of TikTok Shop
• Build and manage a high-performing affiliate and creator network
• Recruit, onboard, and manage creator relationships
• Develop affiliate campaigns, commission structures, and promotional strategies
• Help plan and optimize livestream shopping campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics (GMV, CVR, AOV, ROI, affiliate performance) and identify growth opportunities
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Operations to execute campaigns
• Stay current on TikTok Shop trends, platform updates, and best practices
