About The Position

Doonails is a fast-growing beauty startup revolutionizing the manicure world with innovative products and a strong community. They offer studio-quality manicures for home use, easily, quickly, and stylishly. This role is for a Freelance TikTok Shop Manager in the US market, focusing on driving TikTok Shop growth through affiliate scaling, creator collaborations, and strategic optimization. The internal E-commerce team manages the shop's core infrastructure and inventory sync, while this role acts as the expert bridge between the TikTok ecosystem and the broader e-commerce strategy.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop from both seller and affiliate sides, owning a live shop with real revenue.
  • Understanding of Shop Health Metrics (AHR, OTDR, VTR), how to read them, and what levers to pull when they drop.
  • Experience connecting TikTok Shop performance to a broader attribution stack (Amazon, Shopify, or comparable e-commerce setups).
  • Experience working with product feeds, catalog syncs, or API-based integrations in an e-commerce environment.
  • Track record of running structured listing tests and translating results into measurable conversion improvements.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Doonails' TikTok Shop strategy and creator operations in the US.
  • Work closely with the E-commerce team, who handles the backend and listings.
  • Focus on keeping shop health metrics (AHR, OTDR, VTR) in the green.
  • Scale the Affiliate Center.
  • Align TikTok Shop performance with the full attribution picture across Amazon and the online shop.
  • Recruit, onboard, and optimize TikTok Shop Affiliates, aligning them with Doonails product launches, seasonal campaigns, and performance targets.
  • Track AHR, OTDR, and VTR on a regular cadence, identify root causes of metric drops, and cooperate with the E-commerce team to implement corrective actions.
  • Connect TikTok Shop revenue to the broader attribution stack (Amazon, Online Shop), working with the analytics team to map the full customer journey and inform budget decisions.
  • Monitor the product feed and sync logic within the TikTok ecosystem.
  • Flag technical issues early and coordinate fixes with the E-commerce team.
  • Propose structured A/B tests on product titles, thumbnails, and CTAs based on TikTok trends.
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce team to translate insights into ongoing conversion improvements.
