We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovation-driven individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a native of the creator economy, understanding the intersection of commerce and content on social platforms, and is excited to build something from the ground up. As the Manager of TikTok Shop, you will be responsible for developing and executing Vale's TikTok commerce strategy, transforming viewers into customers through a content-driven sales approach.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
2+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop or TikTok for Business in a consumer brand context
Strong understanding of short-form video content and creator partnerships
Experience with affiliate marketing and commission-based creator programs
Analytical mindset with experience reading platform analytics dashboards

Responsibilities

Own Vale’s TikTok Shop strategy, operations, and revenue targets
Manage and optimize the TikTok Shop storefront, listings, and promotional cadence
Identify and collaborate with creators and affiliates to drive product discovery and conversion
Develop a content calendar in partnership with the Content Creator and Social team
Monitor TikTok Shop analytics and optimize spend, content, and offers based on performance
Stay ahead of TikTok platform changes, trends, and best practices
Report weekly on channel performance to the Director of E-Commerce
