About The Position

Social Commerce is rewriting how beauty gets discovered and sold. ELC is building a Social & Creator Commerce team to lead it in North America; scaling TikTok Shop, while shaping our commercial and operational strategy across Shop.my, LTK, and affiliate partnerships at scale. We're hiring a Manager, TikTok Shop to be our platform expert - partnering with regional Brand leads, shaping the cross-functional operations that meet consumer and creator needs (Supply Chain, Planning, IT, Marketing, Online), holding agency partners accountable, and staying deep in the levers of performance that drive commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate brings commercial fluency, a growth mindset, and genuine excitement about building inside ambiguity. Direct TikTok Shop experience is a plus, not a requirement — we care more about how you think than what platforms you've touched.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in eCommerce, DTC, social commerce, marketplace, or adjacent
  • Demonstrated success managing external agencies or vendors
  • Strong interest in social commerce, TikTok trends and TikTok Shop
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Data-savvy, with experience using platform analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics. P&L fluency a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of 1+ ELC brand TikTok Shops; in partnership with Brand lead and agency partner, delivering GMV and profitability targets
  • Accountable for daily optimizations in and management of Seller Center, including Shop Performance Score drivers
  • Accountable for channel sales forecasting and inventory planning, in partnership with Brand Online and Supply Planning counterparts
  • Develop trend-saavy, strategic assortments tailored to TikTok Shop
  • Leverage platform tools to track sales, ad spend, marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness to inform shop management/strategy
  • Develop weekly brand-level reporting, insights, and data-driven action share-out mechanisms and lead regular meetings to delivery this package to Brand and Regional leadership
  • Cross-functional collaboration across Brand, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Customer Service, etc. to ensure operational efficiency
  • Oversee the performance and output of any external agencies
  • Liaise with TikTok and other platform account teams
  • Track the competitive landscape and translate signals into actionable recommendations
