Grail is one of the largest US & UK TikTok Shop partner agencies, managing a network of creators and working with merchants to maximize their earnings on TikTok Shop. TikTok Shop is rapidly transforming e-commerce, and this role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-growing space. This role is for a proactive, highly organized, TikTok-savvy Brand Campaign Manager to lead, scale, and drive revenue for Grail's in-house TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaign services called GrailX. The manager will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of all GrailX TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns, serving as the primary owner of this core business line. Responsibilities include overseeing campaign timelines, brand communication, deliverables, and overall execution, coordinating campaign setup with brands, organizing sample requests, tracking progress, and ensuring timely launches that meet expectations. The role also involves working with brands and internal teams to improve processes, identify new partnership opportunities, and grow the program, ultimately creating a strong experience for GrailX subscribers and driving successful brand partnerships.
