About The Position

Grail is one of the largest US & UK TikTok Shop partner agencies, managing a network of creators and working with merchants to maximize their earnings on TikTok Shop. TikTok Shop is rapidly transforming e-commerce, and this role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-growing space. The ideal candidate is excited by TikTok culture, influencer marketing, and building impactful brand partnerships. This role is for a proactive, highly organized, TikTok-savvy Brand Campaign Manager to lead, scale, and drive revenue for Grail's in-house TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaign services called GrailX. The manager will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of all GrailX TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns, serving as the primary owner of this core business line. Responsibilities include overseeing campaign timelines, brand communication, deliverables, and overall execution, coordinating campaign setup with brands, organizing sample requests, tracking progress, and ensuring timely launches that meet expectations. The role also involves working with brands and internal teams to improve processes, identify new partnership opportunities, and grow the program, ultimately creating a strong experience for GrailX subscribers and driving successful brand partnerships. This is a high-ownership role with significant growth potential for someone excited to build, innovate, and move quickly in the creator economy.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Interest in influencer marketing, TikTok culture, and the creator economy
  • Must be a fluent English speaker

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all GrailX TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns from kickoff through completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and subscribers throughout TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns
  • Own the success and growth of the TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaign program, including campaign performance and subscriber value
  • Coordinate communication between creators, brands, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Own campaign promotion through email campaign creation, newsletter distribution, and sharing opportunities in Circle
  • Track deliverables, approvals, timelines, and updates to keep campaigns organized and on schedule
  • Support subscriber onboarding, activation, and engagement within TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on results and key learnings
  • Work cross-functionally with the Social Commerce Team to improve processes and drive program growth
