We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized, TikTok-savvy Brand Partnerships Manager to lead, scale, and drive revenue for our paid TikTok Shop partnerships business. In this role, you’ll own the execution of flat fee and retainer brand deals from start to finish, acting as the key point of contact between brands and creators. You’ll manage creator communication throughout campaigns, coordinate timelines, collect and organize content drafts, relay brand feedback and approvals, and ensure partnerships are executed smoothly and on schedule. You’ll also help source and pitch partnership opportunities, negotiate deal terms, and play a major role in growing one of the agency’s most important business lines. This is a high-ownership role with significant growth potential for someone excited to build, innovate, and move quickly in the creator economy.
